What have I done today to reach my objective or my purpose in life?
Remember that the best intentions in the world remain nice ideas as long as you haven't started the first step.
METHOD
How can I have my competencies serve my intention/ put my skills to my intention
Think of your previous achievements and find out what helped you succeed: your attitude, your thoughts, your personal conviction, ...
AWAKENING
What are the signs I notice everyday that show me that I am getting closer to my goal?
When the objective is clear and well defined, you are half way there. Our sensory sensors are on the lookout for opportunities that we could not have seen otherwise, i.e. without consciousness.
FOR THE COMPANY:
To become a "good" manager, you need experience, practice and discernment. A manager must be able to manage individuals and know when and whom to coach.
We suggest to managers a programme of " Manager Coach" to establish an appropriate leader attitude with the right people.
It is a raining "journey"achievable in one year.
"Discovering the AME© of Coaching"
Two days to discover the dynamics of Coaching, the values and tools to put in place in a day- to- day management. What is the difference between a coach, a leader and a manager? A matter of attitude? Which management for which typology? How to go from the objective to the performance? How to determine a SMART objective and be sure it is understood?
How to practice the AME© of Coaching? Which is the right ACTION to put in place? According to which METHOD? And for which AWAKENING? (Learning, progress, opening, ...)
"Workshops of Coaching practice based on real cases"
To develop the tools learned during the first two days the managers are asked to experience on the field. After two to three months, together we then tackle the situations encountered with the eye of the Coach and we try and find the best options to evolve, as a team. This team work improves the spirit and the collaboration between the colleagues.
"Individual supervision spaces for managers"
In the supervision sessions, the corporate managers will have the opportunity to step back and improve their leadership. The Coach's outside look that we offer them opens new directions of growth in relation to the corporate objectives.
"Team Building or Team Coaching"
Optimized relationships between individuals and a better understanding of each other's work lead the members of a team to more efficiency and mutual respect . Studying the different typologies leads to integrating a better understanding of oneself and the others within a work team.
Through games, precise questions, brainstorming in the Coaching dynamics, the team will decide to establish better communication channels therefore get more performance.
The Team Building activities are always established with the team leader according to the corporate objectives and those of the colleagues within the team. Individual Coaching with the team leader is always part of the follow-up.
We are aware that nowadays, it is important to approach individuals holistically hence the energy techniques that we have added to our tools, to deal with emotions more efficiently and more quickly.

"Evolutionary Coaching"
The Coaching that we practice consists in leading you to discover your aspirations, to clarify with you your desires as well as respecting your emotions, your past, your certitudes. As you become aware of your thought processes, you will realize that you have the power to create your reality.
You will decide, act, rediscover a new meaning to your actions.
Evolutionary Coaching is a process of personal evolution that enables you to know yourself better and to be fully yourself.
PARTNERSHIPS IN ENGLISH
INDIA
During our trips to India, we had the great opportunity to train in the Coaching tool the students at the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Amrita, in Kerala.
We offered a training to sixty students and to the Human Resources personnel... Their motto is " Knowledge enriched by human values". That is what drew us towards them and what is our common point.
Today this NGO has asked us to support young entrepreneurs established in corporate incubators in different cities of India. We shall take part in a virtual plateform that will offer these entrepreneurs, mentors, technical experts and Coaches.
In 2009, CreaCoach was chosen to coach the entrepreneurs of the Connect ONE project at the University of Amrita.
ISRAEL
During our trips to Israël, we met potential partners to help French speaking and English speaking managers develop human values to enhance the performance of the individuals in the companies.
The flourishing entrepreneurship of French expatriates has led us to offer the "AME© Coaching for the Entrepreneur" in French and in English.
